Client: studentnow.org (Non-profit organization/student chapter)
Project: Create a poster for a meeting focusing on the awareness of the Darfur genocide in southern Sudan.
Message:I created all elements to this poster. The tag line “Darfur’s Youngest Hero’s” represents the thousands of young orphans affected by the genocide. The illustration depicts the young girl who holds her baby brother securely amongst the chaos. This message is supported by the supporting tag line “Orphans are the new foster parents”, which depicts the many children who have been force to grow up to early and find means to support whatever family they have left.
